Quercetin sensitizes glioblastoma to t-AUCB by dual inhibition of Hsp27 and COX-2 in vitro and in vivo

This mouse-based experiment found that adding Quercetin to t-AUCB (a new drug under testing for Glioblastoma) led to a significant decrease in tumor volume compared to mice receiving just t-AUCB or no treatment at all.

Additionally, the mice that only received Quercetin also experienced less tumor growth than either those mice that received nothing or only t-AUCB.
